Natalie's dress makes me want to get married all over again!
We started at City Park and ended at the Carousel Bar at The Monteleone where they first met!
Monte and Myles wedding was a blast especially with Rockin Dopsie Jr & The Zydeco Twisters. My favorite detail was her bouquet attached to her grandmothers Italian bible covered in lace.
She looks like Carrie Underwood's twin, right? This home in Lafayette was gorgeous. I say it all the time but I've been spoiled living in Louisiana shooting at the most beautiful plantations and homes, its hard shooting anywhere else!
This family is so sweet and fun. When your Mom was an LSU Cheerleader and your Dad was an LSU football player you learn cool tricks like balancing on your Dad's palm as a newborn. Cece smiled extra for a special gift after pictures... a Chewbacca beanie. Swear! Girl after my own heart. Cece and Marcelle have the cutest personalities ever!
I loved shooting Becca and Travis wedding so when they wanted to do a day after session I was so excited! Becca DESIGNED and made her own wedding dress. Ballgown skirt with pockets and a beautiful gold lace embellished top. Her dress is so her- beautiful, unique, and fun. I wanted to shoot film most of the session and my second shooter Taylor Gonsoulin is amazing so we teamed up for the shoot.

I love the names Elizabeth and James. Elizabeth and James love the outdoors. I love the outdoors. So automatically, I knew before I met em I'd love em! After spending hours in the car talking driving to and from Death Valley National Park I felt like I knew them for forever. Their chemistry is unreal. They got engaged in Canada while hiking Emerald Lake. AMAZING. James recently took some time to drive from National Park to National Park all over the country. When we got to Death Valley Park he was sliding down the dunes like a natural while my uncoordinated self was sinking. (Dunes = LVL 12 stair master) I can't wait for their wedding at the Lakefront Airport this Spring!
Happy 1st birthday sweet baby Coral. Love watching you grow into an adorable one year old and one day a strong beautiful woman like your Momma!

As a Studio Assistant, you will be involved in the daily work of a photography studio : corresponding with clients via email, scheduling appointments / sessions, fulfilling print orders, keeping packaging supplies fully stocked, managing client folders, and learning studio-specific software and tasks.
This position is an office position only, not a shooting position. If you know how to work a camera (on manual) and are knowledgable in studio equipment, that's a huge bonus!
This is not the same as an internship. I'm looking for someone year-round with the Studio Assistant position.
Qualifications
Professional, friendly
Experienced in Lightroom
Experienced in the basics of Photoshop
Really Organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiar with SquareSpace and Blogging
Logistics

Works at home studio 3 days/week
Compensation
Contracted position, $10 per hour based on experience
10-20 hours per week
Mondays – Thursdays, flexible schedule (Studio closed Fridays-Sundays)
